Houston Hobby Airport (HOU)

Construction at Houston Hobby

The Central Terminal at William P. Hobby Airport is undergoing major construction. The first phase began in October 2008 and is estimated to take 18 months to complete. As a result, all of the security lanes are being filtered through one entry point into the concourse. In addition, there is only one escalator directing Customers to the baggage claim level. If you are traveling from William P. Hobby  Airport we suggest arriving 1:15 prior to the take-off of your scheduled flight. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

• Gate Information: Southwest Airlines uses gates 20-24 and 40-51 in the Central Concourse.
• Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the Central Concourse ticket counter. The ticket counter is open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday and from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
• E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located in the lobby near the Southwest Airlines Ticket Counter.
• Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is on the lower level.
• Wi-Fi: Available in Central Concourse
• High-speed Internet: Available in Central Concourse
